The owner Mr. Mehmet Hilmi Sakallıoğlu,
 is borned in 1936 and graduated from Eskisehir Technic School of engines. He founded Mesa Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (www.mesaotomotiv.com.tr), in the year 1962 for the production of enstallation cables for the truck and tractor producers. in 1975 he begon to the production of alternators and made a joint jonture with Lucas Industries Plc in 1982 for the foundation of Lucas Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
